Which size headscarf or square scarf do I need?

Small silky soft scarves or headscarves as these are also called are super trendy, and I really love these. 
Oftenties, I am asked which size scarf is good for what use. To either tie it in your hair, use it as a necktie or neckscarf, or which one can be used as a belt or decoration for your bag.

A logical question, as it is obviously quite difficult to estimate what size a scarf really is when you see it on the website. Hence this article in which I show you what size scarf to use for what goal.

Bandana scarf:
The bandana scarf is such a handy little scarf! It is long and thin, not square. The perfect fit for those who would want to tie it quickly around your neck, wrist or in your hair. There's no need to first fold the scarf into a long shape, as with the square ones, so all you have to focus on is being creative with tying it. Perfect!

     

Square silky soft scarf 50x50cm/ 60x60cm:
This scarf is perfect to be used as a neck tie or neck scarf. It is not too big, so that you don't have to mess with a lot of fabric. AND... you can use this size too as an accessory to your wrist (kind of like a bracelet) or in your hair as a bandana.

   

Silk like square scarf 90x90 cm:
This is the largest size silky soft scarves we have in our collection. You can use this scarf as a necktie. The only thing is that there's a bit more fabric, so you might want to wrap it arund your neck a second time. You can also use it as a triangle scarf, which looks really good too. But this size is also perfect for so many other ways of using it. What about using it as a belt, or to decorate your bag? There are so many possibilities!
